Frequently Asked Questions
I don't know where my tokens are?
Because your tokens could be on one of two chains (Algorand or Ethereum), we have simplified the process so that you don't need to concern yourself with which chain you are on. If you successfully verify your identity with Securitize, and add your EVM-compatible wallet address, those are the only steps you need to take.
Do I need a Securitize account?
No. Securitize has been phased out. Please use the email magic login using your original email to add your EVM wallet address.
What email should I use to log in?
If you are a SAFT holder, you will need to use the email you used when your SAFT was generated. In most cases, this is the email address we are corresponding to you on. If you purchased tokens from a third-party, you will use the original email address you used to sign up on Securitize the first time to receive your $CRNC.
I bought my $CRNC from a pool
You are required to wait for your pool to distribute tokens. They will need to register their EVM address to receive the entire allocation, in which they are responsible for distributing to you at that time. We have no control over how or when they register or distribute your $EARNM, nor are we responsible if they fail to properly distribute the allocation you agreed to with their pool. If you do have a problem though, feel free to reach out to us so that we can also reach out to your pool and try to help.
Do I need my MyAlgo or Pera Wallet to complete these steps?
No, you don't even need to have ever set one up. Your CRNC/EARNM tokens that exist on the Algorand blockchain are being totally deprecated.
I no longer have access to my wallet
Create a new EVM-compatible wallet. Ensure that you write down your new seed phrase and store it properly. Once you create a new wallet, add your "receive" address to our Swap Portal.
Note: MetaMask and Rabby Wallets are EVM Compatible.
What happens to my CRNC?
The $CRNC in your wallet will become defunct, and replaced with $EARNM at a 5:1 ratio of $EARNM to $CRNC.
How many $EARNM will I receive?
You will receive 5 $EARNM for every 1 $CRNC in your total allocation, including any bonus tokens you previously received. This does not apply to Nativ Mobile shares, and only applies to the $CRNC token to $EARNM token conversion (1:5 ratio).
If you are able to see your allocation in Securitize, this figure does already include any bonus tokens you have received (SAFT holders only).
What is an EVM Wallet?
An EVM compatible wallet is essentially an Ethereum wallet capable of handling EVM chains like Polgygon. A great example of this is Metamask. If you are not sure what this means, simply use MetaMask.io as your wallet, and paste your public address in our migration tool.
How are my shares in Nativ Mobile impacted?
They are not impacted in any way.
